PM wants to see load shedding end till December

 



In a cabinet meeting, PM Nawaz Sharif gives a deadline to the federal cabinet and the concerned department to end load shedding till December or in either case he will not hesitate to take strict action against the concerned officials. Our informed source further told that PM is quite angry at the performance of the ministry and gave them deadline to end power gaps. He further said that December is the last deadline month to solve the issue so that we can face our people confidently in the upcoming elections. He further said that it was government's responsibility to provide comfort and ease to masses so this issue must be solved by the time given. In the meeting PM was informed that  unscheduled and unannounced load shedding is now improved because of hydro power generation and also major cities namely Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad are given uninterrupted power supply from 12 at night to 8am. Ministers further acknowledged PM that the trials of transmission and distribution system have been conducted to check sustainability of the projects that's why ministry is avoiding further new deadlines. The matter of power short fall was discussed in fourth meeting of cabinet body on energy during the last 20 days.
